Our fees are calculated as follows:

• Purchases valued at CHF 1,000 or less: Fixed concierge fee of CHF 100 per request.
• Purchases valued at more than CHF 1,000: Concierge fee of 10% of the total purchase price.

Additional fees may apply depending on:

• The value of the product and the complexity of the purchase.
• In-store visits and on-site research.
• Rare, limited-edition, or hard-to-find items.

• Specific search requests or purchases from multiple stores.

Shipping and insurance charges, customs duties, and import taxes are billed separately.
