The following fees may apply for the Domiciliation package

Basics

  • Incoming mail: Free (up to 125 letters or packages per month)
  • Open and scan the request: 10 free pages per month, then CHF 0.50 per scanned PDF page
  • Consolidation 1 free consolidation per month, and then CHF 3.- per item we consolidate with another item.
  • Reconditioning, Pictorial Content: CHF 65.- per hour of work with a minimum of 10 minutes billed for each request.
  • We can ship or discard the contents, but we cannot keep anything for future shipments.
  • Transfer request 1 free transfer per month, then CHF 3.- per item.

Customs Declaration (CN22 & CN23)

  • CHF 3.- for CN22 form (small packages – 1 printed page)
  • CHF 9 for online CN23 declaration with pro forma invoice (large package - 7 printed pages).
  • Customs declarations are made on actual values or invoices sent by the shipper.
  • We are signing the customs declaration on your behalf, please do not ask us to undervalue the contents to save on customs duties.
  • We transmit the content after verification and declare it as merchandise.

Additional fees

  • Tracking numbers: CHF 6.50 for small packages and envelopes, CHF 3 for large packages with online declaration.
  • Incorrect address: CHF 10.- to pick up your shipment at the local post office.
  • Precise signature elements: (to be avoided, as this will incur charges even if we are unable to sign for you) CHF 35.- Judicial documents, Enforcement documents, Bulky items, Cash on delivery.
  • VAT and entry fee prepayment: CHF 35 to avoid return of shipment. Please ensure your shipments are prepaid for VAT to avoid these charges.
  • Third-party label printing: CHF 15.-, we print your own DHL, FedEx, UPS labels and arrange pickup for you with your preferred carriers
  • Storage fees: First 15 days free, then CHF 8.- per month or part thereof per box and CHF 1.- per letter.
  • Pickup Fee: Free during business hours (by appointment only).
  • Recycling: Free for letters, by parcel weight
