FOR "DOMICILIATION" THE FOLLOWING FEES MAY APPLY
Basics :
- Incoming Mail: FREE (up to 125 letters or packages per month)
- Open & Scan request: 10 PAGES FREE PER MONTH, then Sfr 0.50 per .pdf page scanned
- Consolidation: 1 FREE CONSOLIDATION PER MONTH, then Sfr 3 per item we consolidate
- with an other item.
- Unpacking, Repacking, Picturing content: Sfr 65.00 per hour of work with a minimum of 10 minutes invoiced for each request.
- We can dispatch or discard content, but we can’t save anything for future shipments.
- Forward request: 1 FREE FORWARD PER MONTH, then Sfr 3.00 per item.
Custom declaration: (CN22 & CN23)
- Sfr 3.00 for CN22 form (small packages – 1 page printed)
- Sfr 9.00 for CN23 online declaration with proforma invoice (large packages – 7 pages printed).
- Custom declarations are made on real values or invoices sent by the shipper.
- We sign the custom declaration on your behalf, please do not ask us to undervaluate the content to save on custom duties.
- We forward content after verification and declare it as merchandise.
Additional services – fees :
- Tracking numbers: Sfr 6.00 on small packages and envelopes Sfr 3.00 on large packages with online declaration.
- Wrong address: Sfr 10.00 to pickup your shipment at the local post office.
- Specific signature items : (please avoid as it is generating fees even if we are unable to sign for you) Sfr 35.00 Actes Judiciaires, Actes de poursuite, Encombrants (bulky) , Reception against payment.
- VAT and incoming fees prepayment: Sfr 35.00 to avoid shipment return. Please ensure your shipments are VAT prepaid to avoid these fees.
- Printing third party labels : Sfr 15.00, we print your own DHL, FedEx, UPS labels and organise pick up for you with your favorite carrier
- Storage fees: First 15 days free then Sfr 8.00 per month or part thereof per box and Sfr 1.00 per letter
- PickUp fees: Free during business hours (by appointment only).
- Recycle: Free for letters, based on weight for parcels
