3. Terms of Use
The user must be at least 18 years old. They are responsible for the information provided and the use of their account.

4. User account
You are responsible for the security of your account. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

5. Services and Storage
SwissMailBox Sàrl offers mail and parcel reception, scanning, and storage services.
Mail storage: free for one year. After this period, documents are automatically destroyed without notice.
Magazine and newspaper storage: free for six months. After that, they are automatically destroyed without notice.
– Package storage:  First 15 days free. Billed according to service fees, for a maximum of six months.

6. Payment and Termination
In case of non-payment after 30 days, services may be suspended or terminated.

7. Responsibility
SwissMailBox Sàrl is responsible in accordance with Swiss law.
All liability is excluded in case of:
Minor fault
– Indirect damages
Liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct is not excluded.

8. Personal Data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All site content is protected. Reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

10. External links
We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

11. Modifications
We may change these terms at any time.
